In case when your order was placed before 12pm, working days, we are able to ship it the same day. In another way, your order will be sent out on the next business day. If it’s really important, please contact with us  info@rifestock.com

• We guarantee a full refund in case of loss your parcel by the postal service, because all shipments are insured by our store.

• We need to inform that buyers who reside in countries outside the European Union have to be responsible for all import taxes, ciustoms and duties that your order may include.

• Rife has the right to deduct any costs associated with the return if the order is not delivered due to the fault of the postal service. We ask you to track your order using the tracking number. In case of problems with receiving the order, please email us info@rifestock.com
