RETURN & REFUNDS

 

RETURN

▪ We offer a 5 day returns policy. If you wish to return the goods please notify us via email to info@rifestock.com

▪ Please print off and complete a return form. Make sure the returned goods are properly packed, and meets all the conditions outlined below.

▪ Enclose the completed Returns form with your goods, and return to the following address:

 ▪ We are hightly recommend using the delivery service that we used when we send the goods to you.

 ▪ All items have to be in the same condition as when they were shipped to you. Otherwise, we will not be able to make a refund.

 ▪ Shipping have to be paid by the buyer. 

 ▪ Please make sure the returned items are adequately packed to avoid any damage in transit.

 ▪ When returning footwear, please make sure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product; therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.

 ▪ Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.

 ▪ We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

 ▪ If returned an item from outside the Euporean Union, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. RIFE is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.

REFUNDS

▪ We aim to process returns within 3 working days of receiving them. As long as the returned items meet our refund criteria, your refund will be with you 24-48 hours after your return is processed, depending on your card issuer.
